About Me

Parker R. Olmstead

Parker grew up in Laverne, Oklahoma. His family has lived, farmed, and worked in Northwest Oklahoma for generations. He was a member of the FFA and participated in numerous extracurricular events. During the summers, he worked on the family farm and for other ranchers and farmers in the area. These experiences instilled in him a strong work ethic and appreciation for living in a rural community.

Parker attended college at the University of Oklahoma and graduated in 2018 with a degree in Constitutional Studies. Inspired by family and friends, Parker applied and was accepted to the OU College of Law. While earning his law degree, Parker participated in the OU Legal Clinic which provided legal assistance to financially indigent clients in both civil and criminal matters. He also gained experience in a bankruptcy firm as well as one of the largest and leading criminal law firms in Oklahoma. His hard work, diligence, and compassionate representation resulted in him being recognized in three separate awards for his contributions.

Outside of work, Parker enjoys spending time with his wife Karol and newborn son as well as hunting and fishing. His wife, Karol, is also from Northwest Oklahoma and was raised in Turpin, Oklahoma. She also graduated from the University of Oklahoma and is joining the staff in the Woodward office.
